1:1 Sessions

The body speaks when we learn how to listen.

 

Centuries of wisdom has taught us that, just as our bodies have a physical anatomy, we also have an “energy anatomy”. As an intuitive therapist, and informed by medical knowledge, I allow my intuition to guide me to where your body requires healing.

 

This deeply restorative session combines intuitive massage, energy work, and somatic awareness. Through touch, inquiry, and presence, I listen to the subtle layers of your being, helping to release blockages and bring you into resonance with your natural state of health. â€‹

 

Sessions may include:

  • Gentle or deep bodywork and massage

  • Guidance through feelings and sensations

  • Intuitive recommendations such as flower essences, oils, or lifestyle changes support

  • A safe space to reconnect with your body, feelings and inner wisdom

  • To aid this process a session begins with a 10 minute Epsom Salt foot bath. This prepares your mind and body to be receptive. â€‹â€‹â€‹

  • 100% natural oils and balms are used during the massage.

Kundalini Yoga 

1:1 Sessions

A private, personalised practice that meets you exactly where you are. Together, we focus on your specific needs — whether physical, emotional, or spiritual — and build a practice that supports your journey.


These sessions are ideal if you’re new to Kundalini, navigating health challenges, or seeking deeper guidance in your practice.

Group Session

Kundalini Yoga is often called the yoga of awareness — a practice that awakens the dormant energy within and channels it into creativity, vitality, and presence. It is a powerful technology that combines movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation, and deep relaxation to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.

 

In each class, we move beyond physical exercise into a space of self-discovery. The practices are designed to:

 

  • Strengthen the nervous system so you feel more resilient in the face of life’s challenges

  • Balance the glandular system, supporting overall health and vitality

  • Expand mental clarity and focus, helping you respond rather than react

  • Open the heart, inviting compassion, joy, and connection, love and selflove
