Holistic Bodywork
1:1 Sessions
The body speaks when we learn how to listen.
Centuries of wisdom has taught us that, just as our bodies have a physical anatomy, we also have an “energy anatomy”. As an intuitive therapist, and informed by medical knowledge, I allow my intuition to guide me to where your body requires healing.
This deeply restorative session combines intuitive massage, energy work, and somatic awareness. Through touch, inquiry, and presence, I listen to the subtle layers of your being, helping to release blockages and bring you into resonance with your natural state of health. ​
Sessions may include:

Gentle or deep bodywork and massage

Guidance through feelings and sensations

Intuitive recommendations such as flower essences, oils, or lifestyle changes support

A safe space to reconnect with your body, feelings and inner wisdom

To aid this process a session begins with a 10 minute Epsom Salt foot bath. This prepares your mind and body to be receptive. ​​​

Kundalini Yoga
